- **Event Description**: Tantra is a non-dual spiritual path that offers tools to liberate us from attachment to the limiting beliefs and judgments that keep us confined within the prison of the small self.

Through practice, we begin to see through these beliefs. Slowly, a realization emerges: we are more than the judgments, concepts, and stories that hold our egos together. From this recognition, true liberation can awaken. Life is then free to unfold and express itself in endless ways—beyond the limitations of our judgmental minds.

In this freedom, we can experience joy, openness, and aliveness even in the midst of our challenging lives.


WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

This weekend is centered around core spiritual practices that support deep inner seeing and embodied presence:

* Sitting

* Movement

* Walking

* Yoga of Emotions

These practices invite us into direct contact with our lived experience. Along the way, we may encounter familiar inner states such as boredom (the need for stimulation), restlessness (always moving toward something), impatience, or a sense of meaninglessness (wanting outcomes).

The Yoga of Emotions reveals how deeply we are conditioned by our stories and dramas. Rather than trying to change or suppress these patterns, we learn to let emotions pass through rather than getting caught in them.

By noticing the impermanent and constantly changing nature of feelings and emotions, a natural sense of release and trust can arise. Life begins to reveal itself as a spontaneous, moment-to-moment expression—no longer something we need to manage or manipulate.

From this place, surrender becomes possible. We can feel a profound connection with life as it is, whatever happens.


FOR WHOM?

The Level Three Tantra Weekend is open to men and women (regardless of sexual orientation), singles, and (occasional) couples.

Minimum age: 20 years.

// Prerequisites

Participation requires completion of a foundational Tantra training, such as our Level One Tantra Training, or a comparable spiritual training completed elsewhere.

If you did not attend a Level One program at House of Being, one of our trainers may contact you to discuss your experience and motivation for joining this weekend.

The weekend will be offered in Dutch or English, depending on the composition of the group.


YOUR TEACHER - Mirjam Maëla

Mirjam holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is trained as a coach specializing in body-based awareness and the language of the body.

For more than 20 years, she studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), primarily at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz.

Her current spiritual path is rooted in Classical Śaiva Tantra. She studies and practices these profound teachings with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier. Mirjam completed the one-year immersion in Classical Śaiva Tantra with Hareesh and continues to study and practice the Kaula and Spanda paths with her root teacher, Daniel Odier.

Her teaching weaves psychological insight, embodied awareness, and non-dual spiritual practice into a grounded and accessible transmission.
